This form is for a dry hire booking only. Equipment is hired and paid for separately. Please see our 'EQUIPMENT' tab at the top of this page.

Hirers use our studio at their own risk. All belongings are left at your risk.
We do require a copy of your Public Liability Insurance in order to proceed with the booking.
Studio by Sea does NOT provide any Public Liability or Employers liability insurance cover.

You will need to pay the full 100% to confirm your booking of the studio (50% is non-refundable).

Cancellation terms: If you need to cancel we will refund 50%, providing you give us over 3 days notice. Otherwise, you will not receive a refund.

Normally we’re here from Mon - Fri 9.00am-6.00pm and Sat 10.00am-6.00pm.
Let us know if you need anything outside of these hours.
Overtime is charged at £75 hour.

If you damage any equipment or fixtures, you will be charged for the repair or replacement.

Background paper is included in the hire unless you walk on it. In which case it’s £9.50/m + vat.

2 Hour minimum booking - can only be booked a week prior to the shoot and does not include the kitchenette facilities.

An 8am start is available at a charge of £75
