A studio powered by the sun

We were awarded a grant from Brighton & Hove council to make us the first solar-powered photography & film studio in the South East of England. With thanks to the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and local experts Lumi Solar, we are utilising the power of the sun, and have taken an exciting step toward a greener future. We are now a solar powered photography studio.

Energy Efficient Kit

We've invested in advanced LED lighting technology, which is estimated to consume up to 75% less energy than traditional lighting sources. Available to hire.

Astra LED Light Panels, Profoto B1X Battery powered Flash and Aputure 300d II LED constant lights available to hire.

April saw the first time that the studio was operating without drawing any power from the grid. From now on, shooting with us in the studio, will produce significantly less carbon, which will also help AdGreen calculations.

Zero Packaging Food

We are able to achieve this because of our amazing neighbours next door at YouJuice. Their culinary skills and wonderful customer service will delight you and your crew and give you a feel good factor when there are no paper cups, boxes or cutlery to throw away at the end of the shoot.
